The Brooklyn Estate sat vacant for some time before it was purchased in the winter of 2012.  The owner of the Estate wanted to create a place where guests could find tranquility without ever leaving the property.  His vision was to create a venue that could host many different intimate events and allow the guests to just come and relax, leave the worries of everyday life behind them.  

 

The Brooklyn Estate is the perfect location for a small intimate destination wedding where the immediate family of the bride and groom could stay on property with guest visiting for a private reception under a tent, cocktail hour around the pool and dancing after dinner.

 

When envisioning the Brooklyn Estate, named after his beloved daughter Brooklyn, Mr. Brady wanted to create a venue that would also serve not only weddings but small family reunions, corporate teambuilding getaways, and a place to just pack up the family and get away.  The idea was to offer everything right on site so the guest could unlock the door and everything needed or wanted would be available.

 

You'll find five bedrooms across two stories here as well as four bathrooms, making this home ideal for up to 14 guests staying on site (10 adults max, please). The master is as spacious as one would expect from a 5,000+ square-foot home. A king bed in an ornate wood frame dominates the space. Warm your toes at the wood fireplace along one wall, or store your valuables in the leather ottomans at the foot of the bed. A large en-suite bath features a jetted tub, dual sinks set in an apothecary-like vanity, and an oversize travertine shower. 

A second large bedroom also features a king bed in a wood frame, a flatscreen TV, and wood furniture. Two additional bedrooms boast a queen bed apiece as well as flatscreen TVs and wood furniture. There's another bedroom with a daybed that pulls out into two twins. Three additional full baths round out the sleeping quarters. 

Head outside for the true delights of this home. The in-ground pool, set amid brick arches, beckons all who arrive here, and is perfect for a summer party or early-morning laps. Enjoy the patio with a gas grill for entertaining purposes. You can roast marshmallows at the firepit or practice your jump shot at the basketball court. End your day of activity soaking your weary bones at the private hot tub. 

Guests also will enjoy a game room with a pool table and wet bar, plus extras such as central AC, free WiFi, and cable TV. Weddings are welcome here as well as family reunions, so please make sure to specify either when you book.
